I really wish that I felt comfortable posting pictures of my family here. I hate having to cut off faces (see my last post for an example.) I just don't want to violate their privacy. I have no problem, however, not posting faces of the children in our family - they are all minors. I also don't want to put Sawyer out there where he's not comfortable being. I'm not even sure why I post some of the things I do - why did I post the picture from Sawyer's college graduation? Or the few pictures from Grandma's birthday? There was no story there to tell, at least not without putting someone in the spotlight they may not want. I wish I could give an accurate look at my life and the beautiful people in it. At some point I may go back and add to those posts - add the stories that are missing, and the details I left out.
On that note - why do I do the "Mail Call, Postcrossing, etc." at the end of my posts? It's not like anyone cares. No one cares what I'm reading or what I need to mail - so why do I post it? I suppose some of it (most of it?) is to keep a record for myself - but what about after I'm gone? Nobody will stumble upon this blog and think I'm interesting, or that the recipes post or pictures I post, or the boring crap I blog about is interesting.
So - why continue? I guess because I want to. Because I need a place to vent and to record what's going on in my boring life.

I just had a talk with Boss. From what I understand, Bully will no longer be doing what she does now, but will be only collections. Boss talked about hiring a part-time CSR so that I can leave earlier in the day, and to help since Bully won't be doing CS anymore. My office is also moving away from Bully. I'll be "in line" with the rest of my company instead of in a different hallway - where I am often forgotten about. I'm not sure how I feel about all of that. I'm probably just going to go with the flow (what other choice do I really have?), and see what comes of it all. I'm not ruling out leaving though. That's always an option.

I have a ton of stuff to do at home, but I've been REALLY lazy! I have about 3 weeks of laundry to fold, a million pictures to organize (and put in albums), and a bunch of artsy-fartsy stuff to do. I have _NO_ motivation for any of it. I need to get some of it done this weekend - the house is a disaster and I need to get it straightened out. It's starting to drive Sawyer nuts too, and then he gets grumpy at me (understandably). I don't like him being grumpy, so I need to clean.
