I watched 300 again this weekend. I _love_ gritty, grainy movies like 300 and Sin City. When Sawyer was telling his parents that we were going to see 300 in the theater they said "What does Alice think? I bet she isn't looking forward to it." Sawyer's reply? "She's the one that wants to see it." _smirk_

I bought _a_lot_ of music this weekend! I bought (through Amazon): Godsmack - Oracle, Disturbed - The Lost Ones and Asylum, Mary Poppins Soundtrack, Bedknobs and Broomsticks Soundtrack, Jonny Lang - Live at the Ryman, "When She Loved Me" by Sarah McLachlan (from Toy Story 2), "The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald" by Gordon Lightfoot, some Tim Minchin, Who You Are by JessieJ, "Love the Way You Lie" by Eminem (featuring Rihanna), and a bunch more. I love music! (I'll admit that I may have bought _too_much_ music!)

I also bought a couple of books this weekend. The Vampire Lestat and Memnoch the Devil by Anne Rice. It confuses Sawyer when I buy physical books since I have Absalom (my Kindle). This time I made a comprimise and bought MP3 albums/songs instead of physical songs. I'm only buying physical books for series that I already have going (currently - the Sookie Stackhouse Novels, and the Vampire Chronicles). I plan to buy any other books as ebooks. I do love my Kindle, but I also like having books as sets. It's a weirdness of mine.
