I honestly don't remember much of this wedding since it was so long ago - I've also blanked out a lot of this day as it was the day my Dad got very sick, and ultimately passed away. This post isn't about that though, so I'll tell you what I do remember!
On May 10, 2008 Sawyer and I traveled to New York for a family wedding. The day was gorgeous, as was the bride. _wink_ The venue was perfect for the bride and groom, and it was gorgeous as well.
There was a chocolate fountain, a Conga Line (lead by the bride's little cousin - to Macho Man), and top hats (groom & groomsmen for pictures only). Everyone had a good time, and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Isn't her dress gorgeous? It had crystals all over the bodice
and a line of crystals around the bottom of her skirt.

Doesn't this cake look beautiful? The blue layers had white scroll-y type decoration. It sort of looked like brain coral. The shells were all edible - made from white chocolate! The groom's mom made the cake.

The bride's parents. Isn't her pink dress pretty?
